After treatment by the eye doctor or orthopedic doctor, it may still be necessary to receive
some Vocational Training. The training will take place in the community with
local craftsmen like tailors, carpenters, shoemakers, bicycle-repairers.
The programme encourages the disabled person as much as possible to go to the local Primary or Secondary School and helps to establish good relations with the School Management. We support some children to go to the Special School for the Blind at Opeswa Iboko and Special Secondary School for the Deaf at Enugu. |
